George S. Matejka, Chairman
Chairman of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.  George has been an OCFCU board officer since 2001 and a member of the credit union since 1998.  He was the Director of the Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union November 2002 to January, 2004 and February, 2006 to present.  Finance Director for the City of Maple Heights for 16 years.  Former member of the Finance Committee of St. Wenceslas Parish, St. Barnabas Parish, and Board Director of Trinity High School.  Active in Diocese of Cleveland affairs.

Michael W. Stradiot, First Vice-Chairman
First Vice-Chairman of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.  Member of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 1960.  Former Marketing Director for Credit Union.  Editor of SM/SM Federal Credit Union’s Newsletter from 1968-2002.  Member of St. Monica Catholic Church since 1954.  Served as an Usher, Eucharistic Minister, and member of Tri-M, the Holy Name Society, and a member of the Catholic War Veterans Post 1812.  Owned and operated an advertising and marketing business, Stradiot Specialty Co., Inc., for more than 30 years.  Served as Deputy Regional Director and Grand Commander of the International Order of the Alhambra, Tai Caravan #125, which is dedicated to assisting children who are mentally handicapped.

Rev. Donald P. Oleksiak, Second Vice-Chairman
Second Vice-Chairman of the Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.  Served on the Board of Directors of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 2005.  Member of OCFCU since 1984.  BA from Borromeo College Seminary,  M.Div., St. Mary Graduate School of Theology.  Over 20 years of priestly service to the Diocese of Cleveland as parochial vicar, administrator, and pastor.  Served as Adjunct Diocesan Tribunal Staff Member, Pastor Advisory Board Member for Office of Catholic Education, Former Delegate to International Stewardship Conference.  Former Provincial Representative for National Federation of Priests Councils and Diocesan Representative to National Federation of Priests Council.  Currently serving in Diocesan Administration as Director of Clergy Personnel for the Diocese of Cleveland.

David M. Govern, Treasurer
Treasurer of the Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.  Served on the Board of Directors of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union November, 2002 to January, 2004 and February, 2006 to present.  Member of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since October 2001.  Member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.  Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron.  Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio since 1989.  Currently self-employed, operating an accounting firm titled Integrity Accounting Services.  Member of the Finance Committee for the Nordonia School Board.  Ordained Deacon for the Diocese of Cleveland May, 2009.

Robert J. Krejci, Secretary
Secretary of the Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.  Served on the Board of Directors of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union 2005 to the present.  Member of St. Basil Parish.  Former President of S.A.W. Inc. Board of Trustees, Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation.  Former Board Director of Goodwill Industries.  Past President of Cleveland Iron League and Steel and Iron Contractors Association.  Past President of Ohio Steel Fabricators Association.  Former Board Director of Construction Employers Association.   Retired Executive Vice President of Kilroy Steel.

Thomas Baltakis, Board Member
Director of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union Board of Directors from 2007 to present.  Former member of St. Monica Parish for 25 years where he served liturgically as a Eucharistic Minister and Lector.  Currently, he and his wife Mary are members of St. Colette Church and serve as Lectors.  After receiving his MBA, Tom retired from the steel industry in 2008 where he held the position of Account Manager.  From 2008 to present, Business Professor at Bryant & Stratton College in Cleveland.  Received a BBA in marketing from Cleveland State University.  Active in the Holy Name Society and sports programs, serving as Athletic Director and coach for several boys’ and girls’ sports.  Served on the selection and nomination committee for our current CEO, Randy Trimm, and heads a new committee promoting OCFCU to schools through sports agendas.

Rick Kieliszek, Board Member
Director of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union Board of Directors from 2007 to present.  Member of the Credit Union since 1995.  Former Chairman of the St. Monica Parish Finance Council.  Received a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University.  Alumni of Trinity High School.  Former coach and Board Member of the Garfield Heights Baseball League.
