CEO of the Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union Randy Trimm tells us how Cleveland area Catholics can get credit help and he tells us how his organization helps support Catholic schools.

Board of Directors
Thomas Baltakis, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Tom Baltakis was appointed Chairman of the Board of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union in March 2011. He has been a member of the Board since 2007. He is a past 25-year member of St. Monica Parish where he served liturgically as a Eucharistic Minister and Lector. Tom was also active in the Holy Name Society and the sports program where he served as Athletic Director and coach for several boys’ and girls’ sports. Tom and his wife, Mary, now reside in North Royalton and are members of St. Colette Parish where he serves as a Lector. After receiving his MBA in Business Administration, Tom retired from the steel industry in 2008 where he held the position of Account Manager. In 2008, Tom began his second career as a Business Professor at Bryant & Stratton College in Cleveland. His major at Cleveland State University was Marketing where he received his BBA. Tom is very proud to serve on the Board of OCFCU and feels great satisfaction knowing we are helping members in so many ways. He has served on the selection and nomination committee for our current CEO, Randy Trimm. Besides serving as Chairman of the Board of Ohio Catholic, Tom is also on the Marketing Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee.
Rev. Donald P. Oleksiak, First Vice-Chairman
Director of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 2005. Member of Credit Union since 1984. BA from Borromeo College Seminary. M.Div., St. Mary Graduate School of Theology. 20+ years of priestly service to the Diocese of Cleveland as parochial vicar, administrator and pastor. Served as Adjunct Diocesan Tribunal Staff Member, Pastor Advisory Board Member for Office of Catholic Education, Former Delegate to International-Stewardship Conference. Former Provincial Rep for National Federation of Priests Councils and Diocesan Rep to National Federation of Priests Council. Currently serving in Diocesan Administration as Director of Clergy Personnel for the Diocese of Cleveland.
Rick Kieliszek, Second Vice-Chairman
Director of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 2007. Rick has been a member of the Credit Union since 1995 and is a past chairman of the St. Monica Parish Finance Council. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. He attended Trinity High School, was a coach and Board Member of the Garfield Heights Baseball League.
David M. Govern, Treasurer
Director of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 2002. Member of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since October 2001. Member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Bachelor of Science in Accounting, University of Akron. Certified Public Accountant , State of Ohio since 1989. Currently self-employed, operating an accounting firm titled Integrity Accounting Services. Member of the Finance Committee for the Nordonia School Board. Ordained Deacon for the Diocese of Cleveland May, 2009.
Robert J. Krejci, Secretary
Director of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 2005. Member of St. Basil Parish. Former President of S.A.W. Inc. Board of Trustees, Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation. Former Board Director of Goodwill Industries. Past President of Cleveland Iron League. Past President of Ohio Steel Fabricators Association. Former Board Director of Construction Employers Association. Past President of Steel and Iron Contractors Association. Retired Executive Vice President of Kilroy Steel.
Michael W. Stradiot, Director
Director of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 2002. Member of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 1960. Former Marketing Director for Credit Union. Editor of SM/SM Federal Credit Union’s Newsletter from 1968 until 2002. Member of St. Monica Catholic Church since 1954. Served as an Usher, Eucharistic Minister, member of Tri-M, the Holy Name Society and a member of the Catholic War Veterans, Post 1812. Owned and operated an advertising and marketing business, Stradiot Specialty Co., Inc., for more than 30 years. Served as Deputy Regional Director and Grand Commander of the International Order of the Alhambra, Tai Caravan #125, which is dedicated to assisting children mentally handicapped. Michael and his wife, Mary, reside in Garfield Hts.
Sam Bonsignore, Director
Sam Bonsignore has worked in Human Resource Management since 1980 after completing his BA in Communications & Psychology from John Carroll University. His career entails representing Fortune 500 corporations and professional search firms based in Northeast Ohio. Sam began serving on the Supervisory Committee with OCFCU in 2007 and became Chairperson in 2010. He began serving on the Board of Directors of OCFCU in May of 2011. Sam also serves as Facilitator of the Career Support Initiative and Booster Club Lacrosse Team Liaison for Walsh Jesuit High School where his two sons are enrolled. Sam, his wife, Kathy, and their sons belong to Holy Angels Parish in Bainbridge.
Paul J. Hrich, Director
Director of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union since 2011, Paul is a former seminarian and has been active as a music minister in the Diocese of Cleveland for over 30 years. Professionally, Paul is a degreed physicist with two decades of technical sales experience and has been a business owner since 1993. Paul and his wife, Mary, live with their four children in Solon and provide full-service technical writing and marketing services to mid-size technical companies in northeastern United States. They are members of St. Rita Parish in Solon.
Katie Deliberato, Director
Katie Deliberato became a member of the Board of Directors of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union in May 2011. She has a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in International Business, and a Masters of Accountancy from Cleveland State University. In the 1990′s, Katie served as a Divisional Vice President of sales and service in the software industry, subsequently leaving that position to pursue her graduate degree. After the birth of her twins in 2004, she shifted her focus to full-time motherhood, while simultaneously launching her tax practice, Deliberato Tax Service. Today, Katie splits her time between motherhood and tax preparation during tax season. Katie, her husband, Matt, and their children are members of St. Victor Church in Richfield.
