CU*TALK

CU*TALK allows you the convenience of direct contact to your credit union accounts via your telephone at any time with just one phone call.

You may complete the following transactions via CU*TALK:

  • Review account balances
  • Obtain transaction history including date and amount of your transactions
  • Obtain information on cleared checks
  • Request withdrawal funds via check to be printed and mailed to you
  • Initiate a stop payment
  • Review details of your savings and loans
  • Transfer funds between member’s Ohio Catholic accounts**
  • Transfer funds to other Ohio Catholic memberships**
  • Make Ohio Catholic loan payments
  • Obtain current savings and certificate rates
  • Obtain current loan rates and calculate estimated loan payments
  • Obtain annual dividend information
  • Obtain tax information for previous year
  • Change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

How to use CU*TALK
Call 800-860-5704

  1. The computer voice will answer and ask for your credit union’s access code.  Respond by entering the Ohio Catholic credit union code of 155 then the # key.
  2. You will be asked to enter your member/account number.  Then press the # key.
  3. Next, you will prompted to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).  Enter your PIN and press the # key.  First Time Users – Your PIN number will be the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number.  For security purposes, after you enter the system, you will be prompted to change your PIN.
  4. From this point on, the CU*TALK procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete.  CU*TALK will guide you through each step.
  5. When you have finished your last transaction, simply hang up the phone.

If it is past 90 days since the last time you used the CU*TALK, you must first have your PIN reset. You may reset your PIN via email, fax, written correspondence or in person. Correspondence must include the following:

SMART Money Tip: Remember, you can transfer funds electronically six times each month from your savings account before a Regulation D violation occurs and you will be charged a fee. (see fee schedule)

SMART Money Tip: If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your PIN will be disabled. You must contact the credit union for reactivation.
