If it is past 90 days since the last time you used the CU*TALK, you must first have your PIN reset. You may reset your PIN via email, fax, written correspondence or in person. Correspondence must include the following:

SMART Money Tip: Remember, you can transfer funds electronically six times each month from your savings account before a Regulation D violation occurs and you will be charged a fee. (see fee schedule)
SMART Money Tip: If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your PIN will be disabled. You must contact the credit union for reactivation.
