You can sign up online at DirectPaymentPlan.com, by picking up a Direct Payment form at one of our branch offices, or through the service provider. Ohio Catholic cannot setup this service for you.
You will need to provide the authorized merchants and service providers with a voided check or Ohio Catholic’s routing number (2410-7887-5) and your account number that you want the funds withdrawn from.
