What will I see in my eNotice?

You will see the entire text that you would see in a printed notice. The only difference is that it is electronic.

How long will my eNotices appear in It’s Me 247 Online Banking?

You may open and read your eNotice at any time. Open messages (unless deleted by a member within online banking) will remain in the Message Center for 90 days. Unread eNotices will remain in the Message Center until the message is read.

Can I get both a paper notice and an eNotice?

While you are subscribed to receive an eNotice, you cannot also receive a paper notice.

I am not receiving my eNotice, but got a paper notice instead. What is wrong?

If you have requested an email notification, you will receive a paper notice if your email address is invalid. Check your address on the Preferences page to insure that it is correct. Also confirm that you are still enrolled on the eNotice page.
