What if I forget my password or Security question answers?

  • You can reset your own password by answering all three of your security questions.  Online banking will only allow three invalid attempts before the password is disabled.  If you see the following message: Please contact the Credit Union for a new password, your password must be reset by OCFCU.
  • Passwords may be reset by coming into any one of our branch locations, by email (if we have your email on file) or by written request.

Once my It’s Me 247 Online Banking is set up, how do I access Mobile Web Banking?

How secure is Mobile Web Banking?

  • Mobile Web Banking employs security at two levels: control of access to your accounts and security of transmission over the Internet.  Account access security is accomplished by the use of your personal access codes: a User ID and Password.  Transmission security is achieved by requiring the use of a browser that includes the highest level of encryption available.

What cellular devices can be used to access Mobile Web Banking?

  • Mobile refers to the ability to access a website or resource via a cellular or wireless handheld device.  Smartphones exist in many varieties: iPhone, Android, Palm, Blackberry, etc.  While we try to make our mobile sites accessible to as many of these devices as practical, those with full featured, modern web browsers such as those based on WebKit or Opera will usually give the best results.  Our focus is on supporting the latest generation of standards compliant mobile browsers based on WebKit and Opera, eg. Apple’s iPhone, Google’s Android, Palm, and modern BlackBerry devices.  If your device is currently unsupported, it’s possible there is a more modern browser available for your phone, possibly Opera Mini, etc that will give you an all around better mobile browsing experience.

What if my device is lost or stolen?

  • If your mobile device is lost or stolen, immediately contact your carrier to deactivate the service on the mobile device.  You do not need to contact OCFCU.  Mobile Web Banking can only be accessed by using your personal access codes: a User ID, Password, and Security Question Answers.  Your account details and information are not stored on your phone. Even though there are security processes set in place and your account information is not stored on your device, there are a few steps you can take to protect yourself.
