Notary Services

A Notary Public is an individual authorized by the State to witness signatures on important documents and administer oaths and affirmations. Documents are notarized to prevent fraud and forgery.

This is a free service provided to our members
Proper identification is required
Documents are to be signed in front of the Notary
A Notary Public is available at all branch locations
No appointment necessary

A Notary can:

Take an acknowledgment
Take verification upon oath or affirmation
Witness or attest a signature
Administer an oath or affirmation
And perform any other authorized act

A Notary can NOT:

Determine the mental capacity of an individual
Determine if a document is true or legal
Legalize or validate a document
Prepare legal documents
Protect or create rights to property
