The Macedonia branch of Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union is once again partnering with Catholic Charities of Summit County for its Christmas in July fundraiser. This year, donations from members and employees will benefit the Help Me Grow program to support expectant parents and parents of infants and toddlers.
The Help Me Grow Early Intervention Program provides family-centered services for infants and toddlers up to age 3 with a developmental delay, disability, or a medical condition likely to result in a delay or disability. The Help Me Grow Home Visiting Program provides first time expectant or new parents the information and support they need to be prepared for the birth of their child.
Members can make a monetary donation in support of the Help Me Grow initiatives sponsored by Catholic Charities of Summit County at any Ohio Catholic FCU branch. Members can also drop off any of the items noted below at the Macedonia branch:
Teething rings (the type that can be frozen)
Simple rattles than an infant can hold
Infant / toddler board books
The Macedonia branch will host a complimentary Christmas in July cookout on Friday, July 21, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and will have free coffee and donuts for members on Saturday, July 22, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
