*Subject to membership eligibility and creditworthiness. Variable rate will be prime – .26% for the duration of the line of credit. Rate may change monthly. Your home equity contract rate is variable based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate, on your creditworthiness, and OCFCU’s lending policies. Your rate will vary but will never exceed 18.00% and never fall below 3.49%. Financing up to 70% of the home’s value is available. To qualify for the promotional rate: (i) your credit score must be 760 or above; (ii) you must make an initial minimum draw on the line of $10,000 or more for a six month period or longer to get the promotional rate. (iii) minimum $25,000 limit required; (iv) $200,000 maximum limit allowed; (iv) this offer is available only on owner occupied homes; (v) must have an OCFCU checking account with a minimum $500/m direct deposit and HELOC payments must be auto-paid from this account. Failure to meet these requirements can result in losing the 0.26% discount. Property insurance required. Flood insurance may be required. The HELOC must stay open a minimum of 24 months or all services fees must be repaid to the credit union. Maximum line of credit repayment period is 240 months.  Other terms and conditions may apply.
